Realistically speaking this is how it should be, only the ones who are determined and patient stay.......well maybe also if you're a masochist.
But God damn it CCP this a video game! It's supposed to be fun at the start as well! You can't just get the newbies to run into an army with pistols which posses a mega ton of force whilst being butt naked with a blow dart
